  The location was perfect for my first visit to beautiful Verona. My room and the entire facility was tastefully and uniquely decorated, warm and welcoming. As for the service...the staff at the Palazzo Victoria understand very well the meaning of customer service and consistently deliver. There is a shuttle bus, which you need to book, and bus is cheap and not far.... This hotel would in my opinion cost more than twice as much if - Excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Extremely clean and staff helpful. Good breakfast. Indoor pool available until 9pm. 3.5km to the city centre, but shuttle bus available and public bus stop directly outside the hotel.
