our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

We liked the beautiful house and the welcoming atmosphere. We stayed three days and felt sad to leave this special hotel. The breakfast was the most civilised we have ever had in a hotel. Mr. and Mrs Delser are great hosts. We will not forget our stay and would recommend it to anyone who appreciates style, beauty and friendliness.

The apartment cannot be more central! It is amazing, cozy and very posh. For those who are thinking that some hotel can be better because of a restaurant or support from a reception are wrong. When you go down stairs from the apartment there are a lot of restaurants for any taste plus the guy Julio who is meeting guests is better that any receptionist in any hotel. He is helping with everything and if you call him he can be there any minute;) thanks a lot for an amazing stay;)

We were very happy with Residenzia La Ricciolina. The manager, Dominique, was very helpful and stayed back to help us in at 1930 on a Friday evening. The apartment was pleasant and quiet even though it was on a busy thoroughfare. There is a busy restaurant next door which was very convenient. Verona was a short drive away. We wished we could have stayed an extra couple of days in Verona but we would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

Room was spacious and well equipped. There was a separate kitchen area with everything you need. If you stay for a long time you can prepare some food with no trouble. The fridge could hold an elephant!
Location is good for car but can also easily be accessed by bus - stop is right after the corner, travel to the city center takes 10-15 min.
