From arrival to departure the staff were excellent and helpful, all reception staff spoke good English. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.

Top of the list would be the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The
gentleman (manager?) on reception repeatedly went out of his way to
assist us - from ordering taxis, storing baggage and receiving us after
hours to posting back my phone charger when I accidentally left it
behind when checking out (Thankyou!). The room itself was spacious,
impeccibly clean and redecorated in a simple but elegant style. Wifi was
available and worked well in the room. We also appreciated the
refreshment room -

Drove down from Switzerland by car and just passing through the gate I knew I picked a good place.
Wouldn't have traded this place for any five star hotel in the centre.
It was the perfect getaway, quiet, clean and so very beautiful. Extra credit for the warm and helpful staff.

This place is a real find! Very peaceful upscale street within one block of the verona arena where the operas are held! This was wonderful as the opera ended at 1AM and it took me only 2 minutes to get 'home'. No better place to stay if going for the opera.
