Excellent location, just 5 mins walk to centre of Verona. Lovely massive room and bathroom, furnished in rustic style. There is a separate sitting room for guests with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, water dispenser and beer, all free. The garden, where breakfast was served is lovely and breakfast was varied and a full buffet available. There is a separate door to access the rooms so you can come in late without disturbing the owner. Free wifi in rooms.

Drove down from Switzerland by car and just passing through the gate I knew I picked a good place.
Wouldn't have traded this place for any five star hotel in the centre.
It was the perfect getaway, quiet, clean and so very beautiful. Extra credit for the warm and helpful staff.

We loved the place and its owners. We stayed there for two nights with my wife. It's a two-minute walk from Arena, on a quiet street. The room is located in a big apartment where owners actually live and they are easy to reach if needed and it's always cool to have a glimpse into how locals live. So you live not in a hotel but in an actual residentil building with locals. Location is perfect. Adele and Umberto were very welcoming and helpful.
