  Fantastically located on Piazza Erbe, with wonderful and relaxing balcony overlooking the square where my 80 year old aunt could read her papers and relax with a coffee or drink while my kids and I explored.   Absolutely wonderful staff who provided great recommendations for eating out and getting around the city, and just extremely friendly. Our room was very spacious and attractive, and the rooftop patio provided a wonderful view of Verona.
