Everything. For visiting Verona I can't think of a better solution
for accommodation. It is very well located in a nice area a few minutes
walk from the old town. Free high speed wifi. Parking inside the
building at a very competitive price only 10 euro which is very unusual
when travelling in Italy. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist.

our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

Los servicios brindados sin cargo y que para mi trabajo son muy útiles:Internet Wi Fi en la habitación, cochera cerrada y segura, desayuno. We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

The apartment cannot be more central! It is amazing, cozy and very posh. For those who are thinking that some hotel can be better because of a restaurant or support from a reception are wrong. When you go down stairs from the apartment there are a lot of restaurants for any taste plus the guy Julio who is meeting guests is better that any receptionist in any hotel. He is helping with everything and if you call him he can be there any minute;) thanks a lot for an amazing stay;)

I liked everything about the hotel Aurora.
My room was perfect with a view of the piazza, the bathroom big enough and the breakfast out on the little terrace was just beautiful.
The staff were friendly and very helpful and talk about location location location. The hotel is close to all the sites and some realyl great shopping.

Great location in the centre of Verona, just 5 minutes from the Roman
arena, and 10-15min walk from train station. We stayed in a room in a
building opposite the main building. The room was well presented and
comfortable. Basic refreshments for breakfast both in the kitchen in
main building and in the corridor in the annexe which was convenient.
