  My wife and myself stayed at the hotel for two nights. Location of the hotel is excellent, a two minutes walk from the ferries. pier Room very clean. (We stayed at the at a triple room since it was the only one that was free for two nights when we booked it). No AC in the room. We had two windows and one balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were large and clean(we were fortunate to have been allocated a room with a balcony). The breakfast buffet was extensive, including fresh fruit (not just tinned). We ate in the hotel's restaurant for dinner most nights and the meals were always of good quality.
