El servicio, la decoración y el regalo de despedida con una botella de vino - Tanto la ubicación del hotel como el desayuno son buenos. Fui en invierno y la calefacción estaba muy alta, se sentía mucho calor. Para pasar un par de días esta muy bien, buena relación precio/calidad.

The hotel was perfectly located - within walking distance of the
colosseum, pantheon, Trevi fountain, and Spanish quarter. It is also
right around the corner from the metro and down the street from Termini
Station, which runs to one of the airports in Rome. There are also a
number or good restaurants of all prices very near, within 10 minutes
walking at a leisurely pace. The staff was very friendly and helpful,
giving tips on how to get into the Colosseum and Roman Forum without
waiting 4 hours

We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen.
Towers were changed everyday and beds were made.
Hot water for shower was good and consistent.
There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".
We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta

Nice location, residential area , yet not too far from the city centre. Very friendly staff, and very clean, cool rooms. Great hotel!!! And above all: not expensive for a Roman hotel. -
The hotel was nice. For being centrally located the area was nice and quiet at night. The staff went out of their way to help with anything i needed - even in the middle of the night.

Staff was very friendly but obviously language barriers limited helpfulness. Breakfast was quite decent. Bus / Tram was right out front so convenient. Room was very clean and a/c was a big plus. Felt very secure as entry is through a large locked gate. -

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and
