Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train.

Elegant spacious rooms with attention to detail and good facilities. Spotlessly clean, with good quality toiletries and plenty of towels changed daily. Excellent comfortable bed and quiet location ensured good nights sleep. Staff were delightful and friendly, all spoke excellent english and could not do enough to make sure our stay was a memorable one. Ca'Spezier was very very clean and well maintained. Monica was
pleasant and helpful. Her directions were spot on in getting us there
from the train station, The ceiling fan gave a welcome refresher from
the day's heat. Each day, there was plenty of cheese, juice,
cereal, and pastry for breakfast. I would stay again and highly
recommend Ca'Spezier.

Lovely rooms which are all set off the kitchen/shared space area. Breakfast served until 10am on a self-service basis which had a nice selection of drinks, breads, jams and cheeses. Get three keys when checking in which means you can come and go to the property as you please. Overall, a lovely guest house.

The room was well-kept and quite large, with a comfortable bed, large flat screen tv, and a mini fridge. The bathroom was wonderful! There was a jacuzzi tub in ours, as well as a double sink and lots of room. The breakfast was good, with many options.
