We stayed at casa sain't andrea a day before our cruise. Location is
perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like
walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover
to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A
grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply.

Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the
drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted
by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that
overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going
about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.
Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with
exposed beam look. The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The staff

Excellent location if you are on a cruise or need to be near rail or
road transport. It's also close to one of the major water bus
terminals. Quiet street with shuttered windows. Room was small but clean
with adequate storage. Free WiFi available in the lobby/breakfast
area, but I managed to get it in the room as it was directly above this
area. Staff a very helpful with suggestions and directions.

If you are looking for somewhere with a bit of a caring, personal touch - this is the place to stay! The owner was really lovely to us - because it was our honeymoon, there was a bottle of prosecco in our room when we arrived! Nice way to take the edge off the jetlag :) The room was really clean, and the B&B was very close to Piazzale Roma. -

Great location to stay when visiting Venice - all the major attractions within walking distance, yet in a quiet area away from the crowds. we found it easy to find with the provided maps. Campo santa Margherita is a great spot with various bars for cilling in the evening after a hard day's sightseeing - try the Cicchetti for delicious snacks.

I like the location - it's less than 10 mins walk from the train station. It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel).
The room was clean and had an attached bathroom. The aircon was working nicely - no weird smells.

What impressed me most is Maria, the owner of the guesthouse. She is unbelievably helpful even before I arrive! On my departure day, I went to Venice Biennale and almost missed my boat to the airport, but Maria personally took my luggage to the pier so that I did not have to go back to the guesthouse to get it! Everything else in the guesthouse is cozy family feel! BTW, if you fly to venice, the guesthouse is 4 mins walk to Ca'Rezzonico, an airport boat stop, so extremely convenient. All in all

The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. (The check in room is only one minutes away).
The receptionist lady was extreemly kind, she gave us a map and offered the walkways by herself (without asking).
There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our romm there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant cofee, and tea, which I highly apprecaited.

The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!

The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.
Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.
