excelenta la ubicacion, ya q preguntando por teatro de la fanice llegas enseguida, esta a 2 min de plaza de san marco, el personal es excelente te atienden en todo, el ultimo dia bajamos a las 10 y el desayuno supuestamente es hasta las 9:30 y nos afrecieron a desayunar y nos dio una botella de agua para el camino de vuelta a casa, son muy buena g

The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. We are a group of 4 friends and requested 4 single beds which Hotel Tivoli accommodated. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hams and bread. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.

The location of this small family run hotel was perfect, close to absolutely everything (we recommend to get off at the Rialto water bus stop, it's very close to here, rather than San Marco). The staff were lovely, and were more than happy to give great local dinner recommendations and tips on where to go and what to see in Venice.
