We enjoyed the breakfast which included coffee, hot chocolate, juice, marmelades, toast, yogurts in several flavors, cereal, croissants, cake... And I am sure I am missing some stuff. The location is very close to the Termini station, about 5-7 minutes of walking.

  We had a lovely stay at the Citylife B&B, the staff was very kind, helpful, made us feel at home. The B&B is very close to the Termini Station, hence to all the main transportation means (metro, buses connecting various points of the city). A big plus for the free WiFi, which was hard to find in other accommodations in Rome. - Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around. The hotel was comfortable,very clean,quiet,with a/c and Mrs Mila took a very good care of us while we were there and we thank her truly! Very nice breakfast as well! I would surely stay there again!

We were here for five nights - and we had a great time. As I said, location is just perfect. In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Before we arrived we were in contact all the time - he was taking care of everything - when you arrive, if you need a transport - The hotel keeper was very friendly and told us about sights, restaurants etc. The hotel is close to Termini station and the neighbourhood is ok, we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The room size was ok for us (we even had a baby cot there) and there was a water kettle, freeze and safety box in the room, and some breakfast stuff as well. You could darken the room and it was quite quiet, too. The air conditioning (which worked properly) was a big plus! I would definitely stay in FlowerRome again!
