  We were highly satisfied with the service of Aelius B&B. The first thing you should keep in mind is that it is not a regular hotel where everyone will be at service 24/7. But if you are looking for a cozy, yet renovated room at a very affordable price at the heart of Rome (it is so close to Termini and Repubblica and next to Piazza delle Finan... vad folk säger » ze) and a small breakfast to keep you going for your day in Rome, Aelius is definitely the place. You have a free laptop, connected to internet at you - The staff was excellent, super-friendly. Many thanks to Paulo for making sure our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast which included coffee, hot chocolate, juice, marmelades, toast, yogurts in several flavors, cereal, croissants, cake... And I am sure I am missing some stuff. The location is very close to the Termini station, about 5-7 minutes of walking.

  Perfect location - 3 minutes walking from the Termini station, 15 minutes from Colosseum. We were here for five nights - and we had a great time. As I said, location is just perfect. In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We were walking all the time and the only time we used public transport was the time we have visited Vatican. Before we arrived we were in contact all the time - he was taking care of everything - when you arrive, if you need a transport - The hotel keeper was very friendly and told us about sights, restaurants etc. The hotel is close to Termini station and the neighbourhood is ok, we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The room size was ok for us (we even had a baby cot there) and there was a water kettle, freeze and safety box in the room, and some breakfast stuff as well. You could darken the room and it was quite quiet, too. The air conditioning (which worked properly) was a big plus! I would definitely stay in FlowerRome again!

  We had a lovely stay at the Citylife B&B, the staff was very kind, helpful, made us feel at home. The B&B is very close to the Termini Station, hence to all the main transportation means (metro, buses connecting various points of the city). A big plus for the free WiFi, which was hard to find in other accommodations in Rome. - Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around. The hotel was comfortable,very clean,quiet,with a/c and Mrs Mila took a very good care of us while we were there and we thank her truly! Very nice breakfast as well! I would surely stay there again!

  Modern style and very new Private Staff are nice ( but see only one time when check in.) Recommend to appoint the check in time before arrival and know that this hotel is on the fifth floor, so walk slowly to find the hotel name at wall. - We stayed one night here after two weeks in Italy as a stop before returning to the airport - ideal location... vad folk säger » for this.   Just across from the Termini central station, needed only to cross the street. A little intimidating at first glance from the outside, but surprisingly wellrenovated on the inside.We stayed in a familyroom with bathroom, simple and clean. Friendly atmosphere, quiet and an overall very nice stay (4 nights).   Isa was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt at home. Originally I had booked us the smaller room with a separate bathroom however half way through she upgraded us to a huge lovely en suite room which was a nice surprise. Both rooms we stayed in were very clean, colourful and bright. She delivered us breakfast ever... vad folk säger » y morning and cleaned the room each day immaculately whilst we were out sightseeing. The B&B was extremely close to the train station which had gr - Isabella was wonderful! Upon check in she gave us big bottles of cold water and green grapes. Breakfast was very good with hot croissants, hard boiled eggs, bananas, coffee, juice, yogurt.Internet was available and the elevator was easy access. It was in a neighborhood that was good to explore and we walked to the Coliseum. The rooms were big and very neat and comfortable.
