An absolute gem of a place. Warm welcome, beautiful accommodation and perfect location. Would love to return to sample dinner in the gorgeous dining room as the breakfast was top class and served as graciously as could be possible. We felt like old friends from the first moment.

The scenery is breath-taking there. The food and hospitality was top class. Felt very relaxed and welcomed there. The Dingle Bay suite really is great and can easily accommodate more than four. Beautiful hotel, old manor style, staff extremely friendly. We had a beautiful suite, reception area, sitting room, bedroom, walk in wardrobe and bathroom. Old rooms but very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was quite good, served in beautiful pottery and silverware.

Brian was lovely. We arrived late around 9pm due to getting slightly lost on our way down and he offered to give us with some bread and butter etc to have a bite to eat since we were very tired and hungry. Helped us get settled in and showed us DVD's etc that we could use if we wanted to. Really nice spot and perfect to stay for the night to then

Brian and Beate were so sweet. I called to say I was running late for check in and they had no issue waiting for us to arrive. We were traveling with a baby and they offered to set up a baby bed for us. Breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere was so warm it made us feel right at home!

Room was one of the best we had in Ireland. We had a triple and the room was large as was the bathroom. Recent upgrades and very functional for guests. Elevator made it very easy. Didn't hear any noise from late night bar singing. Super location right in the middle of Kenmare. Parking was easy on the street right outside hotel.

A 5 star hotel, superb and at an excellent price. Lives up to its description. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful..We were welcomed both in English and in Irish which was refreshing (and it wasn’t just the cupla focal). Our every need and comfort was catered for. Room was spacious and comfortable.Food was excellent. Well done. I won't be staying anyplace else next time I'm in Tralee.
