Kerry is such a bea - We loved Muckross Park Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the food and drink at the attached pub were excellent. The room and bath was beautiful. The location was perfect for us. It's away from all the busyness of Killarney and directly across the street from the National Park and an easy path to Muckross Abbey and Muckross House. I wish we'd stayed another day and taken advantage of the bikes they have to loan, so we could have explored even more of the

Superb - We had a great stay! Our room was very nice and spacious. It was a bit old fashioned which wasn't a problem at all. The bathroom was clean and more modern. The breakfast next morning was brilliant. Continental breakfast and Full Irish, which we both loved. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk! We would definitely come back!

  We travelled with our 16 year old son and chose this hotel down to price. The reception area and bar/restaurant area were nice and the leisure centre was terrific although the gym was average at best. If my family was younger this was a fantastic place to stay. The facilities both indoor and outdoor were great and it was unbeliev - The best family hotel myself and my parents have ever stayed in. I have two children aged 2 and 3 and they didn't want to leave! The family suite was fantastic with lots of space and facilities. The pool was great and very child safe with different areas for abilities and heights. The staff were all amazing and could not have been nicer. There were activities and clubs for the kids and bouncy castles and the outdoor playground was great for my two boys. Brilliant break all round.

  My group also stayed at Dromoland Castle and we all agreed that our stay at Ballygarry House was more enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable.The price was reasonable.
