  The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. The room, in particular the natural light, was great. the room was modern with walk in wardrobe with vanity dresser and the bed linen was so soft such a comfortable bed brillant nights sleep.   Está perfectamente situado y muy cerca de la parada del autobús del aeropuerto. El personal es extraordinariamente amable y además el hotel es completamente nuevo. - Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. It was not included in room charge and was an extra £10.00 but worth it. - The room was a decent size and it was very clean, colourful and modern, just how I like it. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

  The staff were excellent. Everyone from check in to dining, Bar and breakfast staff were simply the "BEST". We arrived about 10 minutes after dinner was closed and was accommodated without hesitation to an excellent meal,.
