The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and staff. Pleasently surprised by the presentation of the rooms after having read some of the reveiws by other previous guests. It was value for money and I would stay there again if I had to visit Ballymena. It locates just in front of Queen's University, which means it is very convenient to go anywhere of the city. The staffs are very kind and patient. The breakfast was lovely. The best thing is, you can book the tour to Giant's Causeway in the hostel and don't have to go out and find by yourself. It will pick you up from the hostel as well. Brilliant!!!
