  I stayed post valentines day with my partner and unexpectedly got engaged! It was a perfect setting and I adored the decor of the courtyard suites...was only sorry we could not stay and enjoy them longer. Staff were very friendly but not intrusive. This is not a cheap hotel but off peak it's amazingly g - Doonbeg reminded me of withering heights driving up to it but has the luxury fell inside like an old manor .   That there was Wireless Internet. Enjoyed the ability to contact friendsat home of our safe arrival via email. Also, glad to see an elevator, itwas nice that we did not have to carry our heavy luggage upstairs as wehave at other BandB'S. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. I believe this hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star at least, well done!

  Beautiful grounds, the view of the cascades, the front of hotel was gorgeous. The spa was fantastic, outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Pool at night time provided a great ambience. Sauna with glass wall again contributed to lovely atmosphere. Lovely service in Thai restaurant and a great meal. Breakfast had great selection also.   The staff were very friendly and efficient. I didnt use the pool but myboyfriend did and he was very pleased with it. The room/bathroom itselfwas very spacious and comfortable. Nice restaurant and bar, the latterstays open until 3.00am. - We booke 2 twin rooms and on arrival were given a lovely big suite,it suited our need perfectly for that evenin... lo que la gente dice » g as we could sit and watch the six nations game in comfort whist having a few drinks together.

We liked very much the athmosphere in Ennis town also which will influence our desire to return
