El desayuno inglés, muy copioso y variado, junto al ajustadísimo precio y la estupenda ubicación. Ducha, lavabo y televisión en la habitación y W.C en el pasillo pero a escasos cuatro metros. - La ubicación del hotel en la ciudad es perfecta, el personal muy amable y la limpieza estaba bien.El desayuno estaba muy bueno. Easily found at the top of OConnell and a little to the right, right
above Fibber McGees. Couldnt have got better location for the money
spent. Very clean room, dont be fooled by the old exterior, the rooms
are modern, clean, and the breakfast is worth the early wakeup call. On

suitcase after midday checkout so we could get some shopping in before
our 4 -
I am very happy I stayed at the Gate Hotel, the service is wonderful, the location could not be better, I was treated with attention. It was my first time in Dublin and they explained to me how to reach to places, gave me full guidance and even helped me get the best spots for shopping. There is also an area downstairs that connects with local pubs that is very nice and you can hear live music or chill and have a beer in other pubs without having to move out of the hotel. I fully recommend it;

The lady in the reception is just amazing. She offered me immediately a
discount and apologized when realized that the room I booked was not the
one I saw in the site. I had a shared bathroom but definitely is a very
clean place to stay and somehow you feel that you are in home. She is
very helpful too, giving information on everything. I do not have rich
experience of guest houses and B&B but this is really good. Value
for money +++. and the owner just perfect.

The price was good and the location was reasonable with plenty of free parking. The guy was friendly and did his best to welcome us. Breakfast was reasonable (tea/coffee and toast) but for the price we paid for the room you can't really expect much more. There was a really good pizza place around the corner called "The Independent Pizza Company".

The manager went out of his way to help myself and my 18 year old son.
Nothing was a bother. He was really good with all of the guests, going
by what I witnessed. I would definitely stay there again. My son is even
planning on going with his friends to the same accomodation - he really
liked the manager.

The staff were extremely friendly and told us exactly where we should go and what we should do in Dublin. A really nice and relaxed atmosphere with amazing homemade muffins for breakfast ;) I would definitely recommend it! -
