We are regular visitors to Dublin and always stay at the Roxford Lodge. The staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble...even arriving early in the morning. Tea and coffee is available all day. And the breakfast is something else. There is secure car parking. The hotel is very convenient for the city centre, the RDS, the O2 and the Bord Gais Theatre. Great location only a couple of kms from dublin's city centre yet set in a peaceful and quiet street in a lovely old building overlooking a garden out the back. Rooms were small yet cosy and very comfortable. Wifi worked in the rooms fine and free parking was very convenient. Breakfast was a mixture of a small buffet as well as a la carte meals and was excellent. Staff were very friendly and provided some excellent restaurant recommndations. Having stayed in hotels all over the world I must say that the Marker
has been one of the best. Spent 1 night in the Marker as we were taken
in the Ireland - New Zeland rugby match. The hotel is in a great
location in Dublin, just a short walk to the city centre, and the Avia
stadium, when we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpfull staff.
We received a free upgrade in our room. The room was out of this world,
very mordern and clean. Spa was great and the breakfast was to die for.
