Clean room with the basic amenities, just what we needed for our brief stay.

I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

las habitaciones son nuevisimas y muy bien acabadas, el hotel està en pleno centro historico y es muy comodo para vistar la ciudad andando - la cama, se dormía bastante bien, el cuarto de baño también estaba bien, pero considero que el precio es excesivo para lo que ofrecen

Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Grafton Street. Only about 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar -area or The River Liffey. Very friendly staff. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk into the city to visit the sites, shopping and dining. Maurice was also very helpful by zllowing us access to our rolm a little earlier due to our arrival time in Dublin. We've booked another night there when we return from our travels around Ireland. -

The room was great, the toilet and the shower were very modern and clean.
The biggest benefit is that there is a bar downstairs which is very useful for a tired traveller :).

Staff/owners are really friendly and you can see they take care about place and continously improve it.
It was really nice and warm (it seems obvious but I stayed in few b&bs in Dublin and that is not always the case)

The staff is very attentive careful and friendly, the room is big enough with a huge window and a sink. The linen is snow-white and the bed is really comfortable. Carrolls shop is just opposite. My double room was like two singe rooms on different floors, so that everyone has each own private space. I would definitely stay there next time!

Staff friendly, accomodated our needs, great location, great price. - very friendly /accomodating staff.very clean.nice breakfast.sound kitchen staff that dont mind giving u more tea'toast or sausage if ur very hungry.
