The location is this hotel is best for traveller who wants to explore Kuta area. The hotel is just beside brand-new place, Beach walk shopping mall and easy to access to Jl.Poppis, Jl. Legian. Kuta beach is also very close. You can see sun-set at the pool. The pool is small but beautiful.

On top of that, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave a good overview of things to do and also good explanations on how to get around. They organized our diving tour which was amazing and cheap!

The staff were very friendly & helpful, the design of the resort was lovely (I didn't expect the one bed villa would be so spacious or have its own pool), I liked the quiet location and the cost was not high. The problem was that I did not stay there for long enough!

The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

Pool, Jacuzzi, Breakfast, Rooms and Villa. We had actually booked this resort for a day. but then we liked the location and comfort in this place so we extended the stay here for one more day. really good. They have figured out what counts for a great experience
for pretty much everyone and drawn up the blue prints accordingly. The
restaurants are the best at any hotel I have been to - and trust me, I
have been to most - and the constant and caring attention of Director of
Cusine that we experienced, Richard Millar, makes a huge difference!

The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.
