March 10th to 14th'2013 was a blissful period that we with our 2 adult daughters stayed at Jasa Patra. Booked thro' Hotels.com, cost per deluxe room was usd 95. Conveniently located, private beach(though not very clean), well kept property, cottage resort with lot of greenery which keeps privacy, very clean & comfortable rooms, staff which was always smiling & helpful. Breakfast was excellent, though my wife wud have liked some Indian veggie dishes. Front desk was extremely helpful. Fan

We thought that everything was up to our expectations and excellent value. Joining the Priority Club giving us free wifi and late check out was a bonus. The very reasonably priced meals at all three outlets were excellent in value and quality. -

The Sandi Phala Beach Resort was incredible. The fact that it has only about 15 rooms makes this location very private and personal. The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the recreational and pool bar staff (Smiley, Madimadi, Oki etc) and the breakfast staff. The rooms were well maintained by efficient and friendly staff, and the facilities were well presented. Also the grounds staff kept the grounds around the resort in superb condition. Excellent

This hotel was conveniently located near airport and hotel provide airport pick-up a plus point. Around hotel were many restaurants, Discovery Mall nearby makes pleasant walk about. Staff were always having a smile on their faces.
Enjoyed our stay and children enjoyed the beautiful terraced pools.

The air-con did not work in the first room they gave me, but as soon as a new room opened up, I was transferred over. The staff was very understanding and accommodating.
When I had to leave early to catch a flight, they provided an early breakfast as well.

The villas are well-equipped, clean and the design are simple yet feel luxurious. They have security post just to the left of the lobby so we feel secure. The staff are excellent and friendly. They have two cars standby at the hotel to take you around Bali (extra cost I assume). The Jimbaran beach is just 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. And it is one of the best Beach in Bali as you can see sunset and airplanes departing and arriving from/to Ngurah Rai Airport (hotel is not far from the Airport)

It is located in a big street, but pretty cozy and quiet inside, just a gate away. The service there is awesome, and everyone is well prepared to provide any kind of help you want. The hotel has only 13 villas which allows to receive a personalized treatment. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us in planning our excursions and leisure plans. The food at the hotel is very good and they serve it in your villa. We would definitely repeat the experience!
