Great - very central - location (the main metro station is just a few meters away), helpful and polite staff, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena. La vista de la habitacion era hermosa. Muy amable el personal y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y responder a todas las preguntas. El precio resulto muy bueno pero debo aclarar que tome una oferta especial, a mitad de precio, los precios habituales son bastante elevados y el menu del restaurant ofrece platos caros.

We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Perfect for a family of six. We were traveling with grandparents and two
children. 1 and 1/2 baths, two bedrooms with double beds, and a
living room. Very nice kitchen. The apartment was nicely prepared for
us, with living room fold out couch already prepared for our children.

This place was great. AC was working the way AC should not like some hotels claim to have AC and really have some P.O.S system that's 20 years outdated. Those of you that travel should know what I'm referring too. The room was very spacious for the money and the bed was cozy and king size. Bfast was basic but gave you a good start to the day.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
