The staff without exception could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. I would highly recommend an upgrade to a 'suite' a large room with two sofas. It was fabulous with a wonderful view of the whole harbour. The breakfas

Location is superbe, right on the beach and our apartment was in front of the sea, with great view and a wonderful terrace where we had our breackfast. The room was spacious and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. The bartender Peter a great guy. A very lovely pool in front of the sea. The sandy beach and crystal clear seawater are perfect!

Sitia Bay is an apartment hotel which has good quality fixtures and fittings, and focuses on maintaining a clean and friendly environment for guests. The rooms were cleaned properly every day and clean line supplied. The kitchen actually had pots pans and crockery (which many apartments boasting kitchens do not have). The manager was not push and intrusive but did offer great advice on where to go and what to see when we requested information. We were sad to leave!!

The rooms were excellent - recently renovated, no bugs, clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet area, big garden with olive trees, patios on two sides of the apartment and also a balcony with a view to the city lights and the sea. Blooming plants all over the place - there's no better studio apartment for that price in Creete!

Situation. Close to the old town and the main activities. Nice view on the sea and close to the small beach at the end of the street. Don' t expect luxary in this place, it' s more like backpack but really convenient. There is a bar at the groung level so you can have your (nice) breakfast there or have a drink at night. It' s usually busy so a little bit noisy if you want to go to sleep at 8pm. Good experience, I' ll be there again if I' m back in Chania.
