Friendly staff on reception. Perfect location and rooms for a group of 7 young lads. If you're after luxury this isn't it but for convenience it is perfect. Definitely recommend it for groups of lads -

The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

Buen desayuno. Amabilidad - This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. the place looks amazing and really encapsulates an old brothel feel.. it's kitsch, tacky and has some amazing pictures and features. excellent location.

Staff were excellent, gave me and my friend countless bits of invaluable advice. Told us some places to go also and they were great. Allowed me to use they're phone/laptop when I lost my phone also which was priceless at the time.
