The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. Good location of the hotel. The hotel staff tries to maintain the purity, cleaning and change of towels every day, all disinfected. Breakfast, of course, simple, in particular, for those who like variety, but everything is fresh. Table neatly arranged.
One of the advantages of the hotel is the absence of noise.

I had a single room, which was small, but served the purpose that I needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and I really appreciated the free wifi! Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area. It's close to shopping and sights, too, and if you're not too burdened with luggage, you can walk from the cruise center (we did, with 50-pound bags). Absolutely loved this place - I am an architect and business traveler. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague
