I recommend this hotel strongly. Having traveled extensively for work and pleasure, I can confidently say that Hotel Biederstein, though simple, is a wonderful place.
Great staff who made us feel very welcome. All of the staff made sure that we were most comfortable, helped us with our logistical questions, and ensured that we had the best possible experience.
Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. They even upgraded us to a suite, simple as it is, with great views and outside space.

We were made to feel welcome from our check in to our last good bye. It was wonderful to get to know the owners who were present days and evenings, and everyone of the staff was efficient and sincere. Jobst gave us wonderful tips and even came out to say goodbye to us early since he wouldn't be there when we checked out. Location was wonderful

Staffs are super friendly and always helpful. Location is perfect. We loved the wooden floor, live flowers with elegant decor. They had prepared a baby bed for us, this was surprise and every their consideration to any guests including small children is marvelous. We never felt timid with a child. - Very clean, very nicely decorated. No unpleasant odors, like so many
other hotels have.
- Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German.
- Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently.
- Very close to the U-bahn.
- As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.
