We really enjoyed the location in Schwabing a safe and upscale neighborhood just north of downtown Munich. By U-Bahn you're only 6-8 minutes away from all the sights to see. Not only that, you can always enjoy the shopping and nightlife offered along Leopolds Strasse right in Schwabing. The amenities and the proximity to the English Garden also set this Hotel apart from many others. You feel like you have a lot of room to stretch out and its in a quiet and quaint part of town too. Also the staf.
todo comentarios » I recommend this hotel strongly. Having traveled extensively for work and pleasure, I can confidently say that Hotel Biederstein, though simple, is a wonderful place. Great staff who made us feel very welcome. All of the staff made sure that we were most comfortable, helped us with our logistical questions, and ensured that we had the best possible experience. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. They even upgraded us to a suite, simple as it is, with great views and outside space. Great location. Nice staff. Love it and will stay again. That's definitely the best hotel (from quality/price perspective) from all located in Schwabing. And they have family rooms. A lot of good restaurants nearby and... English Garden! Had a suite, on top floor, with terrace. Many restaurants 5-10 mins walk away, and adjacent to the vast park of Munich. The staff were extremely helpful--the location is in a nice neighborhood of Munich, just by the English Garden--it was a very quiet hotel with a suburban feeling, surrounded by the walking paths in the garden. Takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the U-Bahn station. requires a 10 minute walk from the nearest u-bahn station, but the hotel and its location is worth the walk. English language TV would be useful but not essential. Internet is very slow and unstable, no safe in the room, no cotton disks and ear sticks in the bathroom. WiFi was intermitent but really this was a minor inconvenience. Only downside is that has no kitchen for evening meals or room service. All good!. staff. we had no time to enjoy the very nice hotel.
