everything the bath is wonderful and the curtains opens with one touch, I really enjoyed the TV in the Bathroom, the big TV in the bed room,

Jumeirah Frankfurt is a modern luxurious hotel located in the heart of Frankfurt shopping areas. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in all Europe.

Read your bill carefully before you pay. They charged me one extra parking charge and doubled my restaurant bill.

Good clean well located hotel not on par with other Jumeirah hotels for size or sheer luxury but good nevertheless. Friendly and professional staff. Clean hotel on par with Emirates Towers in Dubai.

Had to wait nearly an hour to be taken to my room after checking in but was offered complimentary coffee whilst waiting.

The hotel is very well positioned for a tourist - shopping and main attractions

It's a very new and glitzy high tower hotel. I prefer more conservative and older, but well maintained hotels.

Location is number one. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Room, bed and bathroom are very comfortable.High quality amenities. Very comfortable slippers. Was happy with the Nespresso machine. Everything is equipped with high tech systems.

Hotel had many new technological features in every room. Decor was modern and comfortable.

Very difficult to find even with GPS. Expensive, more for high end traveler and business people with expense accounts. Had better breakfasts all over Europe, definitely not worth the high price per person.

Fastest elevator I ever seen! City view from a bathroom. Very kind and friendly staff. Location and ventilation.

Not so easy to find their garage first time. I would recommend the hotel to make more clear explanation on a web site.

Luxury Hotel with nice facilities . In the middle of the shopping area.

The swiming pool is only for children older than 16. I forgot one ipad and a back pag after cheking out. I sent the driver from airport to collect them. He came back without the ipad. I had to go myself to collect it. The claim they did not see it altough it was on top of the desk.

Staff was excellent. Attentive, nice to deal with, professional yet human. I was amazed that for the dog I often travel with was his own bed and bowl waiting.

I selected the hotel based on the fact it is a design one. However it was more on the luxury end of the scale. Bit too shiny, lots polished metal, crystals and dark wood.
