It was perfect for our needs. Relaxed and friendly. Lovely location; even our non-lake-view (and therefore cheaper) room had a fine view. Location is right in the middle of the city but you can't drive to
it. Parking was a nightmare to find on a Friday afternoon and was

The Palais de l'isle was a wonderful experience, from the helpful and very friendly staff to the immaculately clean room which was overlooking the canal where we could watch the street entertainers from the comfort of our room. If we were returning to Annecy it would definitely be to stay at this hotel.

We only stayed the one night as it was a stopover, but would happily return for 2 or 3. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.
