The apartment was well equipped, a short walk away from the centre, but near to a boulangerie that sold great bread and croissants. There was also a small supermarket nearby for emergencies.

The apartment is located on a narrow road, near to a main road and factory, but we did not hear any noise from either with the double glazing. -
On arrival we were met by a girl called Sylvia, who was very friendly & very helpful, even giving us her mobile number in case we needed to ask her anything or needed help!! The apartment was how it was described on letsbookhotel.com, it was comfortable and clean with everything we needed & a well equipped kitchen. It was in a quiet residence street about 5mins walk to the supermarket & maybe 10mins to the old town. We had a very enjoyable stay & would use the apartments again!!

It was perfect for our needs. Relaxed and friendly. Lovely location; even our non-lake-view (and therefore cheaper) room had a fine view. La amplitud de la habitación - La piscina y el gimnasio estaban incluidos y cerraban tarde :D Así que podías aprovechar. Está en mitad de la carretera, pero si vas en coche es una buena opción, xq el aparcamiento también es gratuito. Y los alrededores son muy bonitos para ir a correr por la mañana

Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day.

The Palais de l'isle was a wonderful experience, from the helpful and very friendly staff to the immaculately clean room which was overlooking the canal where we could watch the street entertainers from the comfort of our room. If we were returning to Annecy it would definitely be to stay at this hotel.
