Fantastic location, in a funky part of the city; clean & simple rooms. Stayed one night in the double comfort and one night in the double standard - only difference was a slightly larger bed in the comfort. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Would definitely return. -

The hotel is really good location to walk from as a base. The area was good. Whilst the hotel is not on the prettiest street, it's only a couple of streets away from lots of good restaurants, shops and cafés and is literally at the exit to the station. You cannot get lost. Fantastic location within easy walking distance to the Pompidou, Louvre, Notre Dame and all the restaurants and bars in the Latin Quarter. I was on my own, going out every night and felt perfectly safe walking the streets back late. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and bars perfect for breakfast or dinner if you werent up for straying too far after a full day of exploring the city. The staff were lovely even the poor night staff who had to come down from reception late every night to let me in.

Lo mejor sin duda, las escaleras del hotel!!!! Creo que después de las de la torre eiffel deberían ser las más visitadas de París. Cualquier comentario que hiciera no les haría justicia. The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby

It is a friendly family hotel in the heart of Paris located very close to the centre and the Metro station. The staff is really helpful and correct, they all try to do their best for you and your family (call for the transfer, e.g.). The size of the rooms is appropriate for a 2-star family hotel in Paris, they keep totally what had been promised.

and croissants and baguettes very good, too. The hotel is in the center
of Paris: ten blocks away from Ile de la cité, Notre Dame, the Louvre;
very close to Rue St Denis, Rue Montorgueil and Rue St Martin (which
are very lively at night and not dangerous at all), close to museums
and churches, and accessible to any train station or metro station.
