Overall impression was of a family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Even though the hotel was old and could have done with a lick of paint, it was comfortable and secure. The location felt very safe with plenty of places to eat and was very well placed beside the metro which meant Paris was only 20 minutes away and all for 1.75 Euro

I like the room which i stayed, is a garreteer at 6th floor, single bed. It has a long window and is very clean, feels like a home. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, food was
standard but by no means anything to complain about. If you want a
good work out ask for the rooms on the top floor! We enjoyed our
stay, would recommend it and will try and stay there again when
coming back to Paris.

Cœur. Close to a couple of metro station.
2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes.
3. Public kitchen is a good thing.
4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.
