Todo en general ha sido excelente. Está muy bien ubicado para conocer bien Helsinki. El personal del hotel es muy servicial, el desayuno (buffet) y las habitaciones excelentes, la limpieza destacable y el servicio de "alquiler gratuito" de bicicletas genial (sólo hay que firmar un contrato como responsable). Una buena propuesta de conocer Helsinki.

Perfect location, just a five-minute walk from the station and about 10 minutes to the Esplanade. Cozy, clean, well-occupated nice furnished modern room. Stable wi-fi connection in the room. Nice bed, choice of pillows. Pretty good hair-dryer in the bathroom. Friendly staff but that is usual for Finland I think. -

Wow! This is an incredible hotel! The room is modern and full of

apartment was just a few minutes from city center. staff was very very helpful. very polite and when i had router problems even offered to drop by the apartment same day to check it out and fix it....in short: Everything was excellent! -
If you come late at night keys can be picked up on the train station (till 22.00) or at the airport (24/7)

su excelente ubicación, buena relación precio/calidad y sus prestaciones - Jugend-room was lovely, and I liked the whole atmosphere. It was nice also to have two great bars in the hotel - American Bar street-level which has best drinks in Helsinki and Ateljee Bar in floor 14 where you can see the whole city.
