My friend and I came to Helsinki for the first time and were totally satisfied with the hostel. Location is fine, 24 hour check-in and out, room cleaning every 4 day, common areas are regulary cleaned and fully equipped (fridge, electro stoves and microwave at the kitchen). Sauna is very good.

I'm impressed for the kindness and friendly attitude of staffs. They are happy to give any help for you. And lounge and kitchen are easy to use and have communication with other tourists. The location is also good and can reach there by #4 Tram. -

The lady in charge is excellent and went out of her way to help, even after we left (my wife forgot her jacket which got locked inside on leaving at 03:00 am. She sent it by post. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious ,everything is perfectly clean. The location is close to city center and main ports by walking. But the area is so queit and peaceful, which make us experience the local life. The host is sweet and patient always. We love here! -
The apartment is gorgeous and spacious for one or two people. I loved having a washing machine as i was travelling for a few weeks. The area around felt very safe with some lovely local restaurants and services nearby. The publuc transpirt access was really handy as well.

Todo en general ha sido excelente. Está muy bien ubicado para conocer bien Helsinki. El personal del hotel es muy servicial, el desayuno (buffet) y las habitaciones excelentes, la limpieza destacable y el servicio de "alquiler gratuito" de bicicletas genial (sólo hay que firmar un contrato como responsable). Una buena propuesta de conocer Helsinki.

The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. We had a lovely stay in kongressikoti. The host was very hospitable and friendly. The room was spacious and it came with in-room facilities that make this hostel scores high in value-for-money. It is a small hostel with only about 10 rooms, but the design makes it very homey. We definitely had a pleasant stay.

apartment was just a few minutes from city center. staff was very very helpful. very polite and when i had router problems even offered to drop by the apartment same day to check it out and fix it....in short: Everything was excellent! -

This is a very nice accomodation, clean, with facilities for home cooking. The location is in the old part of the center, near the famous cathedral and the market and near the boats for trips on to the near islands. We had a great stay over there, also because the very exceptional weather, sunny and warm. At that moment the highest temperatures in Europe.
