  It was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect. Stuff is very polite and helpfull. It is all inclusive hotel. There were 6 Alacarts and each of them was delicious. Pool Bars was a great to relax and enjoy the day. Seaside and private beach was also beautifull, especially swiming in an aquarium.   The stunning design & layout of the rooms means that everyone has their own privacy whilst being able to enjoy a beautiful vista over the Red Sea and the resort's immaculately maintained gardens. From a hospitality point of view - This was the most relaxing experience we have had in a long time.The resort has very besutiful landscaping and is very clean.The staff were very friendly and extrenely helpful.The room service was top notch and thorough. The only reservation we had was on the room price which is quite high but I guess you get what you pay for.We were given a room upgrade upon arrival with sea view which enhanced our experience as the sunrise view from the room balcony was breathtaking.
