The staff team were very helpful and caring, nothing was too much trouble. I loved the Towel Art, a nice touch to the room cleaning which was excellent and effecient. A good atmosphere was provided and as a solo traveller this really is important to feel included and cared for. The pool, garden, restaurant and Arisha were lovely.

This was our first holiday for four years; we went from 26th April - 2nd May 2013 and we were a bit apprehensive as although the majority of the reviews for this hotel were positive, there were some derogatory, negative reviews; however all fears or concerns we had swiftly evaporated and never reappeared.

After all the razzmataz of Sharm el sheik we were a little apprehensive
when we arrived, as it looked rather run down. However, we were soon put
at ease when we met the owner and were taken to our room. The room was
very spacious, actually a triple room when we had booked a twin. They
supply bath and beach towells, free wifi, 2 bottles of water, and
breakfast was fine, my husband had eggs and toast etc and I had toast
and honey and coffee. The kitchen area is always open so you can make
