  My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and our experience was amazing. We contacted the hotel before and they arranged to send us a taxi, which was waiting for us at the airport. Despite being delayed by several hours they were happy to re-arrange our transport.   All was positive! The most fantastic was animation team. Food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, roomas were clean. Water in the pool was warm and clean (in november). We will go back to this hotel definitely! The best hotel! - the pool area was OK.
