We had lots of questions about returning our rental car, getting a taxi to the airport, using the local tram, making dinner reservations - they were fantastic. Room was great, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Swimming pool and gym at the top of the hotel was great. Kids loved Chocolate cookies they got at the reception (more than few times :) and always with smile).
