Absolutely fantastic place set in calm and peaceful surroundings (provided you are driving a car). Mirjana was very friendly and pleasant to such an extent that her limited ability speaking english posed no communication barrier. Comfortable living room and 1-st floor balcony, good equipped kitcnen.
A lot of space for parking, to play with children, afterdinner coctails and walk around spectacular nature.

Everything was excelent.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the owner was friendly and welcoming, we decided that although the owner offered to cook for us, we would eat out at a nearby restaurant, it was nice, but the next night we decided to eat in the hotel, the food was absolutly fantastic, we told him what we liked, and he went to work on the most amazing meal, my advice would be eat in the hotel, the guy is a fantastic chef, if he wasnt around, he would just let us help ourselves to drinks, the hotel is bea

We loved our time in smoljanac. We had a warm welcome from our hosts. It was really easy to find and very close to beautiful plitvice lakes. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent value for money. It was a real treat to be able to swim in the river below the house and cool off after a very hot day walking round the lakes(& not being able to swim in the lakes!).

The lady, Ana is very friendly and helpful, also with email I got the answer very quickly.
The room is very nice, it has big bathtub, kitchen with all equipments and wide balcony.
You can reach the national park very easily with your car.

The During our 3 week trip around Croatia, anywhere we, especially our
disabled autistic son,weren't treated like there. Homemade warm cake
in the morning,a few glasses of rakija in the evening, bag of plums for
a goodbye present, realy clean rooms, near to Plitvica national park
totality deserves to 10 points. And what is most important the most
homely atmosphere in whole Coratia made by the warmest host ever. Thank
you Ana!!!

It was great, the haus is in the nature, very familiar, in a beautiful place, very calm and peaceful. We were a group of 7 people and we loved it, we could even use the grill for barbecure. I highly recommend this apartment to stay if you want to go to the lakes. However, it is better if you are by car, it might be a bit dificult if you're by bus

I stayed at two nights only to visit Plitviska Jezera. It's close to
National Park, but far from main road, so peace&quiet. We could eat
plums directly from trees, communication in english was a pleasure. When
it got cold outside, heating was on. Balcony with nice mountain view.

House located in a village away from the main road. We were welcomed by a very young host :-) Andrea (he is 12-13 years old) that showed us the rooms and explained everything. I recommend this stay if you are travelling with your own car. Plitvice Lakes are just a few kilometres away. The apartment is nice and clean and the owners very kind and helpful.

The house is situated in a very peaceful village. Quite nice views from the apartment.
The main thing is that it's located about 8 km from main entrance to Plitvice national park, so it's very close. If you're going there - Apartments Krizmanic is the place to stay :) -
