  Very friendly staff, trying to accommodate all your needs. Very clean, good conditions and excellent value for money. Simple but modern furniture. Futuristic bathroom equipment and includes a hairdryer. Excellent breakfast for €6 in a nearby hotel managed by the owner of the villa. A great place to stay in your vacation - I did not check the beach... lo que la gente dice » but the Zadar town is worth a visit and especially do not miss a visit to the Plitvice Lakes. - The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price.

  Martina, the proprietor was incredibly helpful. Her family has lived in the immediate area for generations so she is very knowledgeable...hiking times, groceries, etc. The location can't be beat right on the beach and near the national park. Try the seafood platter for 2. Delicious ("oo koo snow" in Croatian.) - Great location to access Paklenica National Park. Modern, clean, tidy, stylish family run hotel. Lovely relaxing atmostphere, romantic outook from our balcony room. Option to swim right in front of the hotel. Fabulous food including fresh fish cooked outside on a purpose built brick oven with hotplate. Hotel owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The best hotel we stayed in in the entire two week touring trip of Croatia
