The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is a family run business with only the positive aspects of it. It has secure parking and above standard cleanliness, which are not easy to find in Croatia. We also got a welcome drink and a small present when we left. (Stayed only for 4 nights) . We left with great memories and it we would not stay anywere else if we go back to Opatija.

The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa
is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the
morning...with the sun and the view). If you don't mind a little
walk, you can even get to downtown Opatija. There is a grocery store
down the street. The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous.

We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment. Clean and comfy apartments.There was friendly atmosphere. Owners of the apartments are really cares about their guests. Its good located, just 10-15 min walk from the beach.
I was impressed when owners made a dinner with traditional food and homemade drinks for all guests of the apartments. It was tasty and for free. :)

Situated in the very peaceful area (to sometimes escape the crowded but lovely beach promenade), extremely nice and helpful owners. Everything (stores, bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, beach) just a short walk away. A very nice overall experience. Definitely recommended.

The owner was indeed oustandingly friendly and kind, as well as forgiving with our noise and general nuisance. The building is very nicely take care of, with simple but clean and spacious apartments, having whatever you need for a few days' stay (cutlery, (shot) glasses, cork openner etc). The view from the terraces is decently nice, with a high-level panoramic overview of Rabac's golf.

The place is beautiful, easy to reach but off the main road and 50 meters from the seaside.
The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub for soaking.
The hotel has free access to a pool and a jacuzzi inside a greenhouse, so it's warm and comfortable even when the weather outside

The staff were friendly and helpful, and made my entire family
(including my children, ages 6 and 4) feel welcome. We stayed in a two-
bedroom suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The included
breakfast was diverse, and the kitchen was more than happy to prepare
scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage upon request. For those with a car,
the location is perfect - we explored the entire Istrian peninsula as
well as parts of Slovenia.

This was the best experience I've ever had with lodging. Our flight arrived in late at night. We were tired and hungry. We were able to skip checkin and go directly to the apartment. The owner was kind enough to bring us food from his own apartment so that we would have something to eat. The apartment was large, clean, and had that new smell.

The accomodation was SUPER, we except something nice, we got something AWESOME.
Our vacation wouldn't be the same in another appartement. Everything we needed was at Vila Novak.
Zlatko knows the island, gives you a lot of useful advice and things to do on the island.
We didn't had much luck with the weather and it was not so crowded on the island, but Vila Novak is the top of the bill if it comes to appartments or stays in Noval

We found this to be a perfect place for a Croatian seaside vacation with super nice hosts. We had an apartment and it was fine for our needs; quite big for the location. In the morning the breakfast option was a great way to get a lazy start and pick up tips on the daily program from the hosts. Superb views of the sunset from the balcony in August

Very good location (directly on the beach), Malinska is a nice little
town on the island Krk, ideal for family with children, older people but
also young people (club and bars). Very cozy, nice, new and clean
apartment. The owner of the apartments was super friendly and helpful.
Beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment. Towels and bedsheets
were provided, also everything essential in the kitchen. (Even a washing
machine and a dish washer)
