Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. The arpartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed, and it was close to everything all the shops, cafés and bars. The owner was very nice too, very friendly and helpfull, he also introduce us to all his staff, they were great too. We felt very welcomed at the place. The owner had a bar under the arpartment, which was nice to hang out in the night, and we couldn't hear noise from the bar when we were in our apartment.

The apartment was awesome. I had six people in my group and we where all very comfortable in the 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and nice. The apartment was about a 5 minute walk to the ocean and about 20 minutes to the borik marina.
The owners where fanatastic. even after we surprised them with an extra person coming along. They told us about a really good restaurant and where very friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

This was the best experience I've ever had with lodging. Our flight arrived in late at night. We were tired and hungry. We were able to skip checkin and go directly to the apartment. The owner was kind enough to bring us food from his own apartment so that we would have something to eat. The apartment was large, clean, and had that new smell.

Well sized and equiped appartment with a huge balcony and a good view to the sea.
Owner is friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Apprtment is a few minutes walk to the sea and not much further into the town and the ferry port for day trips to the local islands.
Off road parking for 4 cars.
If I returned to Biograd I would return to this appart

It was perfect. The owner is so friendly and caring. He speaks Croatian, Italian, German and many more languages fluently. The apartments are very comfortable and clean. It's very close to the beach and also there are many beaches that you can reach by car in at most 5 minutes. All in all, great host, great location, great apartment.

- close to Zadar (ca. 10 km), beautiful town with lots of ferry lines to islands
- close to beaches in places around (on foot a little far)
One tip for the owner: a washing machine or washing service would be a great plus.

The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.

We found everything about this apartment was so good that we booked to stay on our last night before flying out. The owners were so helpful and were very accommodating with our late arrival and early departure.
