Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;

the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lipa. The facilities were excellent, rooms very spacious and smart with lovely views onto the bay. The pool was good and the food very nice. The staff, in particular, were excellent. They spoke perfect English and did everything they could to make sure we had a lovely stay and to deal with any problems if we had them.

Fantastic hotel with great access to all Makarska has to offer. Hotel Luxe is really close to the port and the old town centre. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Would certainly stay again given the chance.
