The apartment was spotless and very comfortable and a god size. The
location is fantastic only 10 metres from the lagoon. The terrace

Right on the beach front (although it is a rocky shore), but a wonderful location as there is a huge grass area to relax. Quiet and relaxing location. Rooms were spacious and clean - all self contained which was great for our family. -

Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and
it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea
organ which can't be missed. A beach is with-in 200 yards of the
back of the hotel and the rooms are very clean and modern and very

Traveling is about people. And this is what you'll find here. Friendly people who will greet you like an old friend. The clean room, nice little kitchen or large bathroom didn't even matter for me anymore. Take the distance to the old town as a nice walking tour in an area which is not tourist, an area just for you where you can observe the real life of Zadar.

The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination

The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower.

we stayed at the studio apartment (3rd floor) this little tiny place is designed to impress, its right in the center of Zadar old town right below the crowd, you'd think it would be noisy but double glazing helps shut all the noise out when the windows are closed.

Apartment was super super nice and clean. There was everything needed.
Teenagers loved that modern bunk bed! Location simply couldn't be
any better. City was beautiful, vivid, historical and friendly. Food and
ice cream - good! We are defenately coming back and won't think any
other accomondation. Karlos was very helpful and made everything easy.
With his tips and advice we managed to get best out of our stay, wich
was way too short!

Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Your are right in the middle of the city and did not have to walk far to find a great restaurant. Air conditioned and could not hear anything going on outside; it was peace and quiet when we went to sleep and when we woke up. Most of the people there are super friendly and kind. the host is very helpful and with any questions you had she was more than happy to answer. This place is really worth the money spent.

Our room was clean & had everything we needed, and there is a big supermarket & smaller shop close by for stocking up on food.

first impressions as we arrived in the blazing sunshine was this Villa was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed warmly by Vesna and Tina and altough we arrived really early, well accomodated until our room was ready.We had the two bed with private pool, which for us was well worth the extra money. Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

I had never heard of Zadar before seeing the location on Ryanair. The hotel room was of a good size, very clean, very comfortable and we paid an extra £10 per/night for a sea view which was worth it. The restaurant was elevated with excellent views across to the old town.

The staff were amazing, answering all our queries, and helping us arrange fun things to do whilst in Zadar; the food was delicious, the best fish platter and best breakfast buffet all holiday, and really great room service, with champagne on arrival to celebrate our wedding anniversary overlooking the old town from our balcony. 9 kuna bus trip into town made this a nice quiet haven to relax after seeing the sites.
