The recently renovated hotel is very smart and clean. Our room was a somewhat small, but comfortable for our stay. We had a room on the first floor with nice view of the harbour. excellent food, very nice wine, great waiter. The room we had was a bit small, but still we think it was good value for the money we paid. The resepsjonist was also very nice and helped us with all the information we needed. The location is brilliant, very close to the city center but also quiet and nice.

Excellent family run hotel. Clean and friendly. Weather was very cold so
electric heaters were supplied in room without asking. Nothing was too
much trouble for the staff. Initially I had poor WiFi but immediately my
room was changed to give me full five bars WiFi signal. I will

To put it in one word: amazing. Very attentive and kind staff - helpful but at the same time discreet. Rooms are large and luxurious with all the possible "smart" functions. Restaurant is excellent both for fish and meat (amazing beef carpaccio with fresh truffles). Small, cosy spa area with everything you might need for a couple - it costs extra but it is well worth of the small extra charge.
Istria at its best. Highly recommended.

You can free park right in front of the house (otherwise it is 8 euro/day). Breakfast was okay, very friendly son. The place is perfect to go to Pula, Rovinj, Porec, .... Medulin has a few restaurants where you can eat cheap. We didn't take a lunch or dinner at the hotel. We had an appartment (space, large bed, terrace, refrigerator). -

We spent 4 weeks in Apartments Oliveto and it was one of our best vacations. The apartment itself is very comfortable and cozy, it has everything you need and if we required something else Manuela and Mladen- the host family- were always there to help us out. Just outside Pula at Pjescana Uvala. Large older style apartment above the family's house, real wood not plastic. Very large terrace with full views over beach, harbour & islands. Very good clean safe beach & restaurants. Short bus ride from Pula which is also nice with island boat trips & a roman arena, etc. Owner met me from airport & showed me round Pula. On arrival fed by Mama's home made pancakes soaked in local liqueur ! The whole area is clean, good food & wine &

These apartments seem very new. The apartment was impeccably clean and it was comfortable. It was also a good value. We enjoyed the bakery just around the corner and it was an easy walk to the beach and to the Dive Indie dive shop.
