I picked the hotel because it was very close to the metro ( about 300 ft.) i walked down the really charming hutong (alley) that had many very nice shops and restaurants.The interior is excellent, bed very comfortable, and staff nice. -
It's like a countryside courtyard in the middle of modern city. Well

Best location in Beijing. THe hotel is close to Wangfujing and Tiananmen East subway stops. Hotel is within walking distance to Wangfujing, food market, forbidden city, national museum, tiananmen square. A few stops from the lama temple and temple of heaven. Wifi in the room and lobby, excellent connection. Room service, food was OK but sufficient.

The hotel was decorated in old style china, great if you want the feel of stepping back in time.The rooms were clean and tidy and the gardens and buildings are very picturesque. The location was excellent. In the middle of the Hutong. We stayed in a traditional room which was very spacious. We also rented bicycles at the hotel, which made it very easy to visit the sights in Beijing.
From the airport we took the AIrport Express to Sanyuanqiao and then took a bicycle taxi, because we had read on letsbookhotel.com that car
