hotel btw), and I must say that I really impressed by level of their
hospitality and work quality. We felt really welcome here during our

when we through stupidity left out laptop at the frontdesk, these two
lovely girls (I wish I knew their names) came to the airport and
returned it t -
What did i like the most was the staff of the hostel. They were so nice with us helping and greeting all the times with a big wide smile on the face. They are really great! Rooms are big, clean and spacious. The place is just next to the metro station so there is no problem to get anywhere you want. But it is really hard to find by the first time - we did the call to reception and they explained to the taxi driver how to get there. So easy :-)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, having a 24h reception is very
convenient for late check-ins and early check-outs.

Excellent customer service. Reception and bar staff speak excellent
English and go out of their way to help you.
Trip to Mutianyu was excellent value for money and despite being stuck in a traffic jam was a fantastic day out.
The hostel is an easy 5 min walk from the Dongsi metro station. Very easy to find. Don't be put off by comments which say it's hard to find.

Hostal well located.
Very very nice staff. Thanks Peach for the birthday cake ;-) - So cheap and still very nice rooms, close to tiananmen square... In anice hutong. That's great. Located in Sanlitun, a "foreigner friendly" area with its restaurants, shops and nightlife.
The bathroom in our room was minimalist but definitely did the job.
Nice and helpful staff.

The staff were excellent and really helpful - all English speaking which is so helpful as it is difficult in this city to find many English speaking people to help you Hostel very friendly and relaxed and plenty of Chinese travelling students who are keen to speak with you and go out and eat with youI liked the area the hostel was in -

I love the bar/resto and the rooftop! A nice place to hang out at
night or when we just want to rest for a while. I like the location
because its still in the middle of city but it's not as crowded or
as noisy as other city centers. It's also very close to metro
station. All in all, it's perfect place to stay! Very excellent and
helpful staffs too

Personal amable y buena atencion al cliente, friendly and helpfull staff - A 5 star service for a very good price hotel. A little difficult to find by taxi but once there well worth it. Located 5 minute walk to nearest metro stop which is on the circle/loop line of the city. Every place of interest in the city is within easy reach from this hotel.

The hostel has a great location, a bit off the main buzz but in perfectly walkable distance and in a nice street with lots of street food options that open late. I was only one of 2 westerners staying there (as far as I could tell) but I really loved all the chinese kids that were staying there, a mostly fashion-conscious crowd who would play guit

One of the best hostels we stayed at in China! After the dust, pollution
and busy nature of Beijing, coming back to the hostel was like coming
home to a calm peaceful oasis. The common area and reception was always
filled with fresh flowers, the food was delicious and reasonably priced
and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We did a day trip to
the Great Wall with the hostel which went very well and smoothly. Useful
free map provided. Looks a little rough from the outside, a couple of
