Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find
at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can
not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the
entrance. There are two entrances. There is no reception area for you to
go to. We couldn't find it. I grab one of the westerner who liv

Great location. The studio apartment is in a new building, and the
building is a part of a closed structure of approx. 10 buildings such as
this one. It is surrounded by a fence and there is a guard at the
entrance (nice) (It's not like it is unsafe neighborhood). Inside
there is a tennis court, and plenty of grass. Although it is not located
in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station
(dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The
apartment is clean and big,

We stayed in Beijing at Xiao Yuan Alley Courtyard Hotel for 3 nights. It is lovely small hotel in Chinese style. It is very friendly, pleasant, comfortable and cute! It is situated in an old Beijing district Hutong, which is probably the only bastion of traditional Chinese climate left. It is situated max. 30-minute walk from the Forbidden city.

Featuring charming, ultra-helpful English-speaking staff; the Xiao Yuan Alley hotel provides comfortable beds and good facilities, with a superbly located downtown hutong (Beijing alley) location, sensibly priced organized tours (if you wish) and excellent and very reasonably priced food available inside and nearby outside the hotel. And it's a very affordable place.
I very much want to stay at this hotel again. I get happy just thinking about it. Highly recommend.

room was spacious and had a pc. Its also inside a nice, quiet and

This hotel is a budget-friendly hotel, if you get it at the right time.
Checking-in and out takes time (don't know why, but this is one of
the longest processes and always busy line). It is 100 meters from the
airport express/metro station - so it's an easy stop. It hides
behind another hotel, so it can be difficult to find the first time.

Our family stayed here while vacationing with another family. Each family stayed in an apartment with the apartments in different buildings. The rooms were comfortable and convenient for people traveling with children. We had a fresh water dispenser, washer/dryer (with laundry soap), small kitchen with stove and fridge. Personal amable y buena atencion al cliente, friendly and helpfull staff - A 5 star service for a very good price hotel. A little difficult to find by taxi but once there well worth it. Located 5 minute walk to nearest metro stop which is on the circle/loop line of the city. Every place of interest in the city is within easy reach from this hotel.

the taxi driver finding the street this hotel was on we didn't
actually check in until 2.30am. The neon/lighted sign outside the

Que es un hotel típico de China y el excelente servicio de su personal - que esta a 30 min. a pie de la calle wanfuyin y viene bien porque por la noche no se puede coger taxi por alli. Tambien esta cerca de la ciudad prohibida.
